9 K-Dramas I Regret Watching: Save Your Time and Quota

I’m here to save you some time and internet quota! Here’s my list of K-Dramas to avoid (my version off course). Feel free to disagree—everyone has different tastes!

1. Shopping King Louie

Starring Seo In-guk & Nam Ji-hyun I found the storyline in this K-Drama predictable and the characters underdeveloped. It just didn’t resonate with me.

2. Secret Garden

Starred by Hyun Bin and Han Ji-Won and won Best D

rama in Baeksang Art Awards in 2011 didn't make me regret watching it. While many adore this series, I found it dragged on a bit too long for my liking. The fantasy elements felt forced, and I struggled to connect with the characters.

3. Legend of The Blue Sea

Despite the cast in this K-drama is 2 big star in South Korea Lee Min-ho and Jun Ji-hyun, I couldn’t invest in the characters’ romance. It just didn’t live up to my expectations. But the cinematography is beautiful. I just love nature.

4. My Roommate is Gumiho

I have to admite Jang Ki-yong is cute in this K-Drama but his chemistry with Lee Hyeri didn't click. The comedy they brought in this one is just off. The premise was intriguing, but the execution fell flat for me. I found myself losing interest halfway through.

5. Oh My Ghost

Park Bo-young and Cho Jung-seok's chemistry in this K-Drama is just not there. I think I still got carried away by her chemistry and her male lead in Bong Soon (LOL). This drama had a fun concept, but I felt it relied too heavily on clichés. The humor didn’t land for me, and I expected more depth.

6. Don’t Dare to Dream

I have to admit the only reason I watched this K-Drama was Go Kyung-pyo 2nd male leads. While this K-Drama had potential, the pacing was off, and the plot felt drawn out. I found it hard to stay engaged with the story.

7. Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo

This one was a major disappointment for me. Starring IU, I expected this K-Drama will be as good as My Mister but I found the plot not interesting, and the ending left me frustrated.

8. Personal Taste

Another Son Ye-jin's K-Drama I didn't enjoy. Though it started with promise, I felt it lost its way. The character development was lacking, making it hard to root for anyone.

9. Suspicious Partner

Okay this K-Drama is full of eye candy cast. Ji Chang-wook, Choi Tae-joon (Park Shin-hye's spouse) looks super cute in here. I expected a thrilling romance, but it turned into a tedious watch. The storyline felt repetitive, and I struggled to stay invested.
