6 Overrated K-Dramas I Just Can't Get Into

In my spare time I like to watch drama series or movies from various country (not ones from Indonesia though) mostly Korean, Japan, Thailand, US.

The first K-Drama I watched in my life was Full House that aired in RCTI that time and then never again. Enter circa 2018 when I was tricked (LOL) by my friend to watch Descendent Of The Sun and liked it. Yass both drama stared by my twin sister Song Hye Kyo😁. Since then I religiously watched several (not many) K-Dramas or K-Movies.

To save my internet quota before watching those time-wasting activity I always looking for some reference which one is good and which isn't. Still the judge of my preference is truly yours. So if you have the same preference as me, here’s my take on six series that everyone seems to love but I just can’t get into.

1. Crash Landing On You (CLOY)

This series got a loooottt of hype in 2019. It even had high rate on every platform around that time. I don't say this K-Drama is not good, it's just I think this isn't my cup of tea. To be fair I only watch episode 1 and can't enjoy it so I didn't continue it, I just can't. Biggest sorry to all the CLOY fans or Hyun Bin - Son Ye Jin shippers. To me the story just off in the beginning.

Something In The Rain

Another Son Ye Jin drama that I don't really like. Don't get me wrong I like Thirty Nine & Be With You so it's nothing personal with Son Ye Jin. I finished this drama & felt bad about how I wasted my internet quota & my precious time to watch it. Their chemistry was OK but there's nothing special about it. Jung Hae - In looks cute in here btw so at least that cheers me up a little. 

My Demon

I can't tell you how much people rave about this K-Drama especially on Instagram buutttt it's just off for me. The story and chemistry just didn't click for me. I also watch it till the last episode out of curiousity and I can say is I want my internet quota back. The time I wasted not so much because I enjoy Song Kang's cuteness here.

Weighlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo

I watched this overrated K-Drama because it aired in NET, one of local TV here, so I just watched it casually since I dont have to waste my internet quota, just need to waste my time. Aaaand I don't like it. I can't even finish 1st episode, I just can't. Don't judge me.

King The Land

Please don't hate me for listing this drama as overhyped K-Drama but i don't like. It's just that the story is very very common, nothing special and overly hyped. I watched it til the last episodes btw and just meh. Watch it out of curiousity and regret it. If only I could turn back the time and please give  me back my internet quota.

The World of The Married

I still remember this drama was very very hype when it aired, a lot of my friends recommended it to me. Han So Hee was instantly become famous because of this drama. Watched this K-Drama until the last episode and I felt disturbing in some funny way. Not to mention the end that felt wrong.
